Love Nutrient Zuzudo Ramen Bar @ G Hotel Penang.

Zuzudo Ramen Bar is a novel compact Ramen eating theatre housed inside G Hotel Penang (at the al-fresco dining expanse betwixt G Hotel together with Gurney Plaza), the bring upward 'Zuzu' resembles the audio when slurping noodles... inwards Japanese language; it does laissez passer to a greater extent than or less hints on how confident are they when it comes to their Ramen noodles. The commons carte seems impressive but the offering is express during this soft launch period; the carte is dedicated exclusively to serve Chicken Ramen (various flavors together with no pork here). To our surprise, the prices are wallet-friendly yet, they don't skimp on serving portion; the only delineate of piece of job concern hither is that the house gets warm peculiarly on sultry hot afternoons together with hence the heat-intolerant mightiness uncovering the lack of air-conditioner disturbing. If there's a Ramen lover inwards you, you lot should laissez passer this house a try.

Original Toritoro (Rm 15)

Kara Toritoro (Rm 17)

The base of operations broth is Chicken bone-based... milky, creamy amongst slight emulsified fats. The Original Toritoro had a clean-tasting broth amongst low-cal seasoning, peradventure a piffling besides weak to our liking. The Ramen noodles were lovely though- shine together with slight springy texture. The Chicken pieces carried a hint of smokiness, in all likelihood roasted or grilled... certainly added a pleasant layer of dimension to the Ramen dish. Though Kara Toritoro shared the same base of operations broth equally Original Toritoro but the extra touching on of spicy meat sauce to the broth was amazing. Flavors were enhanced, non only that it introduced a sleek spiciness to the Ramen but also an addictive-savory meat glue (it reminds us of the minced meat of Mapo Tofu). If nosotros needed to pick out only one, it's definitely Kara Toritoro.
