Love Nutrient Kio-Ka Noodles (桥下面馆) @ Bishop Street, Georgetown, Penang.

Penangites' all fourth dimension favorite staple- Koay Teow Th'ng, received an upgrade from Kio-Ka Noodles, the novel tyke on the block offers Koay Teow Th'ng amongst way (and a diversity of add-ons). The timeless cook-to-order Koay Teow Th'g remains every bit pop but for those amongst deep pockets, having Grouper Fish Koay Teow Th'ng or adding Prawns to the delicacy is an option. The carte du jour is Koay Teow Th'ng-focused, amongst a modest spread of side orders. It's difficult to relate from the interior decor, it somehow gives us an impression that the house serves Nyonya nutrient due to the shades of Straits Chinese/ Peranakan elements. Though affordable priced, the choices are rather express but if you lot are looking for a comfortable, air-conditioned infinite to bask a quick meal, this house is a decent choice.

Pork Belly Koay Teow Th'ng (Rm 12.90)

Premium Traditional Home Recipe Koay Teow Th'ng (Rm 8.90)

Kio-Ka serves cook-to-order Koay Teow Th'ng, the truthful bluish Penangites would empathise what it means. Instead of only pouring the broth over the noodles, the condiments such every bit minced Pork (and anything applicable) are freshly added to the broth earlier bringing it to boil. The lawsuit is a meatier broth amongst in-depth flavors. But for those who are non inwards favor of the Porky-element mightiness non hold upward happy. Kio-Ka's version comes amongst heavy Pork chemical constituent too every bit grease (Lards), the meat flavour was bold in addition to strong. Though this is exclusively personal preference, I'd personally prefer the ordinary ones.
