Love Nutrient Nomiya- American Izakaya @ Straits Quay, Penang.

We got a footling overly excited amongst the opening of Nomiya- American Izakaya at Straits Quay; the holler Izakaya gives an impression that the gastropub serves lite Japanese Tapas too alcohol but this detail house got it all wrong. Nomiya serves express Izakaya-related card (no Yakitori, no Ikayaki, no Karaage, no Japanese-styled Grilled Fish nor American Tapas) but a serial of mains amongst above-average (rather hefty) cost tags (yet the quality/ serving part failed to commemorate amongst price). Not exclusively the card too character were disappointing, the service was as lackluster as well. Orders were wrongly taken too the service Pb fourth dimension was long either (took them to a greater extent than than 45 minutes to serve all orders). Probably they were even too thence new, our dining sense was rather bad too nosotros regard they stimulate got enough of rooms for improvements still.

Nomiya's Miso Ramen comes amongst the green milky white Ramen broth amongst a few slivers of Japanese Chashu too a Hard Boiled Egg. It tasted just similar a build of instant noodles, the broth lacked the dimension too the Hard Boiled Egg was a lackluster. It was disappointingly average too nosotros felt shortchanged for the cost charged. Just as nosotros idea the nightmare was over, unopen to other arrived at the doorstep. Their Spicy Pork Ramen looked just similar the famed Korean Spicy Ramen too but as expected, the sense of savor was identical. It possessed an indelible spiciness but nosotros were non especially impressed... the noodles were fifty-fifty Ramen but Instant Noodles.
